Hi, I’m Felicia!
With three degrees from Kansas State University in Human Nutrition, Kinesiology, and Dietetics, I’ve dedicated my career to understanding how the body works and how to support its healing. Over the past 14 years as a registered dietitian in various hospital settings, I’ve witnessed the limitations of traditional healthcare. I’ve seen patients prescribed medications that may or may not help, handed elusive diagnoses, or told, “This is your new normal—learn to live with it.”
That’s why I started Vitality Functional Nutrition—to help people who refuse to accept that “this is just the way it is.” I bridge the gap between traditional healthcare and a more holistic, functional approach. My mission is to uncover the root causes of health challenges, guide my clients toward true healing, and help them rediscover the energy and vitality that life has to offer.
As a functional health practitioner, I work with people who are looking for real answers, using evidence-based research and functional medicine principles to craft individualized healing plans. I’ve also pursued advanced training in Integrative and Functional Nutrition to give my clients the tools they need to feel their best—inside and out.
When I’m not working with clients in my virtual practice, you’ll likely find me:
- Spending quality time with my two incredible boys, my husband, and dog, Jazzy!
- Savoring a good cup of coffee or tending to my garden.
- Cheering on Kansas State at a sports event.
- Constantly learning and throwing myself into continuing education.
- Taking long walks in nature!
I know how overwhelming it can feel to navigate your health alone, especially when you haven’t found the answers you need. That’s why I’m here—not just to help you heal, but to empower you to take back control of your health and live the vibrant life you deserve.
